Exchange.ai User Guide: Roles
NOTE: Only the organization's Exchange.ai Portal Admins can change a user's role.
| Role | Description |
| User | View access. Users can view, download, and pin items, they can create organization-level and private boards as well as control access to those boards. |
| Curator | In addition to the User role privileges, Curators can add/edit and remove organization-level ontology Terms. Curators can also Annotate (tag) items with Terms. |
| Master Curator | In addition to the Curator role privileges, Master Curators can add/edit and remove public ontology Terms. |
| Portal Admin | In addition to the User role privileges, Admins can add and remove Users as well as edit the user's role. Admins can also access Licences and control API Keys. This role also controls the Organization name, description, and logo within the Exchange.ai Portal. |
