The best way to trouble shooting issues with products or the license manager is to start the License Manager fresh. The only drawback is that you will have to reenter keys, so have them ready as your prepare for this procedure:
Exit out of Spotfire or Exchange.ai Desktop.
Navigate to C:\Users\<your_login>\AppData\Local\Exchangeai.
Remove the contents of this folder, i.e. Licenses folder, Modules folder, and Exchange.key file.
Instead of using the License Manager, open an instance of the product (e.g. Insert -> Visualization -> Well Log Visualization).
An error should state that a license for the product is missing.
Go to Tools -> Exchange.ai Licenses.
In the Exchange.ai Licenses Manager select Activate from the top menu.
Enter the product name (capitalization matters)
Enter the license key and press Activate to activate a license for your machine.
Ensure successful license key activation by reinserting your visualization (e.g. Insert -> Visualization -> Well Log Visualization).
