After adding the visualization to the page using the following steps, we can then configure the SharePoint visualization:

  1. From the menu bar, click Insert > Visualizations > SharePoint

  2. Or, click the SharePoint icon in the top right corner.

The visualization should appear and behave like other Spotfire visualizations. In the top left of the visualization there is a menu bar.

  1. Click the settings icon.

  2. In the SharePoint Panel Options, select the data table that was loaded from SharePoint from the drop down.



  3. Once the URLs below auto populate, ensure that they are pointing to valid locations.

  4. Select a marking from the dropdown.

  5. Press OK

  6. After configuring these settings, the visualization may ask you to authenticate with the SharePoint server.

This configuration is adequate for integrating the SharePoint data with marking in Spotfire.
